Hi Chris,
I've purchased a Magnecord PT6-J three-head reel-to-reel, along with its matching amplifier, the PT63-J amp. I'm currently working on refurbishing both pieces. Although I managed to find the schematic for the PT6-JA—which was made for an earlier two-head model—I haven't yet located the schematic for the PT63-JA. I've thoroughly searched online but haven't been successful so far.
I noticed that your group might be able to help with Magnecord questions, and possibly connect me with David Boyer, the son of John Boyer, one of Magnecord's founding partners, through your site. I also reached out by email to the Museum of Magnetic Sound Recording to see if they might have the schematic.

I bought a D-18 from Guitar's Friend around 1976 and received their catalog for probably a couple years. I still have the Martin and it's in perfect shape. I think I paid around $600

I just read that an ADM console was used to record Bob Segar’s “Live Bullet” album in Detroit in 1975. As I worked at ADM from about 1972-1975, maybe I had a hand literally in building it.
