In reply to Shai Solan.

I still have a Scully 280 8 Track 1 inch tape machine with all 8 Record/Playback amplifiers, power supply, Remote and, when I find them in my storage facility, a MRL 1 Inch alignment tape and the original Scully manual.
The last time I used it we aligned it and it worked perfectly.

I can sell it or trade for other cool vintage home or studio gear.

I realize this is a hail mary, but I'm looking for information on ADM STV 40 preamp/input modules. Many years ago I de-commissioned a broadcast console here in Phoenix and I saved all of the input modules, (some stereo and some mono). My goal is to obtain schematics in order to wire up some of these for my studio. I've searched google six ways to Sunday, and have not come up with the needed info. If anyone has any drawings, I would be super appreciative if I could somehow get an eyeball on them. I can be reached at john@porcupinestudios.com, or 602-617-8121. Thank you!

There was an advertiser in Antique Radio Classified or some such type of magazine (it's ARC for sure) that had a pile of NOS Recordio and Presto stuff a few years ago. There were a few "juke box in reverse' machines that used these and the jukebox guys may have some connnections.

The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago had one of these circa 1964 or 1965.
