There is a company that can do this for you. I forget the name but if you do a quick search you will find them. These guys do every format: Akai 12 track, 4 and 8 track cassettes, 4 & 8 track minidisk, quarter inch 8 track reel to reel with Dolby A, B or Dolby C; half inch, one inch and two inch analog multitrack formats, ADAT.. ad infinitum.
And at reasonable rates.

You send them the tapes (properly documented) and they convert in to 24/96 on CD or DVD.
